  • Good advice about getting ready. But I don't think we are going to see these rates go much lower if anything they will bounce around the 3.8 ~ 4.2 range for the next quarter and then start climbing by mid-year 2012.

  • Just refinanced my house at 3.75% fixed for 20 yrs. Closed on it last week. But I am not underwater on my house, the appraisal came in quite well although much lower than it was 3 years ago.

  • Their pay should be based on performance with a 'true up' every quarter. If we did that they'd be paying back their entire salaries and then some to the US. Our politicans, both Dems and Repubs have failed the American people. Fire them all and hire anew.

  • This too will pass and I hope the best for these folks. We were once on foodstamps back in the early 90's. It was a tough time and quite humiliating to have to use foodstamps to feed our family but it was something that we had to do.
